Returns within 14 Days

You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without stating a reason.

Original Packaging

The returned product must be unused, undamaged and in the original manufacturer's packaging with all labels.

Cosmetic Product Returns

Cosmetic products that do not have a cardboard box, protective film or special membrane cannot be returned after opening.

Defective Products — Free of Charge

If You received a defective or incorrect product, contact us — we will replace it free of charge or refund Your money.

Refund within 5 Business Days

Upon receiving the returned product, the money is transferred to Your account within 5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.
