How do your dyes differ from other professional dyes?

Our Color SHOCK dyes stand out in several key ways:

  • 180 ml package — twice the size of the standard market offering (60–100 ml), making the price per millilitre significantly lower.
  • Premium ingredients — the formula contains Argan oil, Jojoba oil and Rose extract, which nourish and protect hair during colouring.
  • Italian quality — products are manufactured in Italy to the highest quality standards.

Why is the 180 ml package better?

The 180 ml package offers clear advantages for professionals:

Are the dyes suitable for all hair types?

Yes. Our dyes are formulated for all hair types — from fine to thick, straight to curly. The Argan and Jojoba oils in the formula additionally nourish hair, so the result is smooth and shiny regardless of hair structure.

How many shades are in the colour palette?

We currently offer more than 50 professional shades, grouped into categories:

  • Natural — natural tones
  • Ash — ash shade series
  • Copper — copper and warm tones
  • Red — red shades
  • Violet — violet series
  • Superlift — intensive lightening tones
  • Toner — toning dyes

The palette is constantly expanding with new shades.

Can shades be mixed?

Yes, professional colourists can freely mix different shades to create unique, individual colours. We recommend following professional colourisation principles and consulting our team about optimal mixing proportions if needed.

Which oxidant is suitable for your dyes?

Our dyes work with oxidants of the following concentrations:

  • 3% (10 vol.) — for toning and gentle colouring
  • 6% (20 vol.) — for standard colouring and grey coverage
  • 9% (30 vol.) — for lightening by 2–3 tones
  • 12% (40 vol.) — for intensive lightening

Mixing ratio: 1+2 (1 part dye + 2 parts oxidant).

About Ordering

How do I place an order?

Ordering is very simple:

  • Choose your desired products from the catalogue.
  • Add them to the cart by pressing the “+” button.
  • Go to the cart, review your order and fill in the delivery details.
  • Choose a payment method and confirm your order.

Once we receive your order, you will get a confirmation email.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order for individual purchases — you can order even a single product. B2B clients (salons, barbershops) receive individual terms.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept several payment methods for your convenience:

  • Bank transfer — payment by proforma invoice.
  • Payment card — Visa, Mastercard.
  • Paysera — fast and convenient payment via the electronic banking system.
Can I get an invoice?

Yes, for B2B clients (companies, salons) we issue VAT invoices. Provide your company details during the order or contact us by email at info@dazaikirpejams.lt.

About Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We deliver orders within 1–3 business days from order confirmation and payment. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery cost depends on the chosen method. For orders over €50, delivery within Lithuania is free.

Can I pick up the order?

Yes, you can pick up your order in person in Kaunas. The exact pick-up address and time will be provided in the order confirmation. This is a free service.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently we deliver throughout Lithuania. We are actively expanding our delivery geography and plan to start shipping to other Baltic countries soon.

About Returns

Can I return products?

Yes. Under Lithuanian law, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products have not been opened, used and are in their original packaging. Cosmetic products without a cardboard box, protective film or special membrane cannot be returned after opening.

How long is the return period?

The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. You must notify us of your decision to return within this period.

How do I initiate a return?

To return a product, contact us by email at info@dazaikirpejams.lt, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within 1–2 business days to arrange the return details.

Do you offer discounts for salons?

Yes! We offer individual B2B pricing for beauty salons, barbershops and professional colourists, depending on order volumes and regularity.

How do I become a partner?

Becoming a partner is very simple: fill in the B2B form on our website (in the “For Salons” section) or contact us directly by email at info@dazaikirpejams.lt.

Can I get test samples?

Yes, for potential B2B partners (salons, barbershops) we offer the opportunity to receive test samples so you can evaluate product quality before making a decision.
